Privacy policy

Effective October 17, 2026. OfferPrep publishes free educational content. This policy explains what we collect when you use offerprep.com and its guide and download pages, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it, when you request a guide.
• Your consent record: that you checked the consent box, the wording you agreed to, the page, and the date and time.
• Email activity, such as whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked, and unsubscribes.
• Basic technical data that web and email services log automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and delivery.

We don't ask for your phone number, address, income, credit, or any details about your loan or home, and we don't run credit checks. Please don't send us financial account numbers or personal financial documents.

How we use it

• To email you the guide you asked for.
• To send OfferPrep's educational newsletter and follow-up guides, which you agreed to when you checked the consent box.
• To keep our list accurate, honor unsubscribes, and keep our sites and emails secure.

We don't sell or share your information, and we don't refer you to lenders

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't share it with lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, or any other company for their marketing. OfferPrep does not refer, route, or introduce readers to any lender or professional, and no lender pays us for your information.

Service providers

We use HighLevel (GoHighLevel) to host our forms, store our email list, and send our emails. HighLevel processes your information on our behalf and under our instructions, not for its own marketing. Our web host may log basic technical data as described above. We may use other service providers in the same way (for example, for email delivery); they may use the information only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Unsubscribe and your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email. We process unsubscribes promptly.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email info@offerprep.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record (your email address and the date) so we can keep honoring your unsubscribe.

Cookies and tracking

Our forms and emails may use standard cookies or tracking pixels to deliver the guide, measure opens and clicks, and prevent spam. We don't use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we'll update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to honor that choice and meet legal obligations.

Children

OfferPrep is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

Our guides link to government and other outside sites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes and contact
